Want to manage your appointments just by chatting with AI? You can! By connecting Bookura to Claude or ChatGPT, you can ask things like "What's on my schedule tomorrow?" or "Book an appointment for Lisa next Tuesday at 2pm".
Below we'll walk you through the setup step by step.
Add connector in Claude
- Click your avatar in the bottom left and go to Settings
- Click Connectors in the sidebar
- Click Add custom connector
- Fill in the following:
- Name: Bookura
- Remote MCP server URL: https://bookura.nl/mcp/salon
- Click Add
- Approve the request on the authorization screen
Done! You can now chat with Claude about your Bookura salon.
Add app in ChatGPT
Please note: At the time of writing, ChatGPT doesn't support verified third-party connectors. This means Bookura needs to be added as an unverified connector. Don't worry though — this doesn't affect the security of your data in any way.
- Click your avatar in the bottom left and go to Settings
- Click Apps in the sidebar
- Click Advanced settings and enable Developer mode
- Click Create app in the top right
- Fill in the following:
- Name: Bookura
- MCP server URL: https://bookura.nl/mcp/salon
- You can leave the authentication setting on OAuth.
- Check the box for "I understand and want to continue" and click Create
- Approve the request on the authorization screen
You're all set to manage your salon through ChatGPT.
