New customers who register in Bookura are automatically created as contacts in Moneybird. Changes to contact details are synchronized in real-time, ensuring your administration is always up-to-date.

Setup Steps

Connect Moneybird account

Log in to your Bookura dashboard and go to Settings > Accounting. Click 'Connect with Moneybird' and authorize access.

Configure synchronization settings

Choose which data you want to synchronize: invoices, customers, or both. Set whether invoices should be created automatically or manually.

Set up revenue categories (optional)

Set a specific revenue category per treatment via Settings > Accounting or on the treatment edit screen. VAT rates are matched automatically.

Test and go live

Create a test invoice to verify everything works correctly. Once satisfied, activate automatic synchronization.
