Your own Mollie account
Bookura connects with your personal Mollie account. This means payments from clients go directly to you. You manage your payouts, transaction overviews and settings in your own Mollie dashboard. Bookura only acts as a conduit for the payment process.
Pay when booking
Ask clients to pay immediately when they book an appointment online. This reduces no-shows and ensures you always get paid, even if a client unexpectedly doesn't show up. You choose whether to make prepayment mandatory or optional.
Pay after the appointment
Prefer settling up afterwards? That's possible too. After an appointment, you send a payment link to your client from Bookura. They pay in a few clicks via iDEAL, credit card or another method of their choice.

Payouts and overviews
You manage your payouts and transaction overviews in your own Mollie dashboard. There you set how often you want to be paid out and can view and export all your transactions for your administration.
Gift cards via Mollie
Mollie also powers the payment flow for Bookura gift cards. Clients pay via iDEAL or card, and the gift card is delivered instantly by email.

Setup Steps

Create Mollie account
Don't have a Mollie account yet? Create one for free at mollie.com. You need a chamber of commerce number and bank account for verification.

Connect with Bookura
In Bookura, go to Settings > Payments. Click 'Connect with Mollie' and log in with your Mollie account to authorize the connection.

Activate payment methods
In your Mollie dashboard, activate the payment methods you want to offer, such as iDEAL or credit card.

Set up payouts
In your Mollie dashboard, set how often you want to be paid out. You manage this completely yourself.
