With Bookura's Apple Calendar integration, your salon appointments are always at hand on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Your schedule syncs automatically and stays updated every hour.
How does it work?
Bookura generates a personal calendar URL that you can easily connect to Apple Calendar. Once set up, all your scheduled appointments automatically appear in your Calendar app.
What do you see in your calendar?
You control what information is visible. Choose from options like treatment name, client name, payment status, and your salon location.

If you use an iPhone, iPad or Mac, Apple Calendar is the perfect choice. Your appointments sync via iCloud to all your Apple devices. So you always have access to your schedule, everywhere.
Works with your booking page
When clients book via your online booking page, the appointment automatically appears in both Bookura and your synced Apple Calendar.

Setup Steps

Enable the calendar feed
Go to Settings > Calendar sync in Bookura and enable the feature.

Copy your personal URL
Copy the unique calendar feed URL that Bookura generates for you.

Open Apple Calendar
Open the Calendar app and go to File > New Calendar Subscription.

Paste the URL
Paste your Bookura URL and click Subscribe. Choose a refresh frequency (recommended: every hour). Your appointments will now appear automatically!
