New Treatment
Adding a treatment to your salon is simple and quick. Follow the steps below to add a new treatment:
- Treatment name
Give the treatment a name that's clear to your clients, so they can easily recognize which service they're booking. - Category (optional)
You can add a category to the treatment. This is optional, but it does offer extra benefits. When you add a category, a filter appears on your booking page, so clients can quickly find the right treatments. - Description
Give a brief explanation of the treatment, so clients know what to expect. This can be a summary of the main features. - Additional information
Here you can add an extended description of the treatment. This information is displayed on your booking page under an info icon, so clients can read more details when they want. - Visibility
With the visibility switch you can temporarily hide a treatment on your booking page. Turn this off if you don't want to show the treatment, for example during vacation periods or if the treatment is temporarily unavailable. - Appointment duration
Set the duration of the treatment. You can add buffers, for example for preparation or cleanup time. Note: this time is not visible to your client. - Price including VAT
Enter the price you charge for the treatment, including VAT. This is the amount the client will pay. Not sure what to charge? Read our pricing guide. - VAT rate
The VAT rate is set automatically. If your salon is set to 'VAT exempt', the rate is set to 0%.
And what about the booking page?
When you save the treatment with the Visibility switch activated, it will automatically appear on your booking page. From that moment visitors/clients can book this treatment.
After adding treatments, you can adjust the order in which they appear on your booking page.
