What exactly can you do with the Mollie connection?
✅ 1. Connect your Mollie account
You can connect your existing Mollie account, or create a new account via the onboarding within Bookura. During this process we indicate whether you're already fully verified and can therefore receive payments and payouts.
🔎 2. Track your verification and onboarding status
Bookura clearly shows what your current status is within Mollie:
- Whether you can already receive payments
- Whether you can already be paid out
- Whether you still need to provide information in your Mollie dashboard
This way you always know exactly where you stand, without having to switch to Mollie yourself.
🏪 3. Manage your payment profiles
You can easily create a Mollie payment profile via Bookura. Here you fill in things like:
- Your salon name
- Your website (if available)
- Email address and phone number
- A brief description of your services
Already have profiles? Then you can view them and choose the active profile.
💳 4. Choose your payment methods
Bookura shows per profile which payment methods are available (such as iDEAL, credit card, etc.). You can indicate yourself which ones you want to offer to clients.
Note: Some methods require approval from Mollie first. This is automatically checked by Bookura.
When do you use this functionality?
As soon as you accept online bookings via Bookura, you probably also want clients to be able to pay directly. This provides certainty and prevents awkward situations with no-shows or late cancellations.
Moreover, your administration becomes simpler: every paid appointment is immediately clearly visible in your dashboard. And if you've connected Moneybird, invoices are automatically synchronized.
