With the Moneybird integration in Bookura, you automatically send your invoices to your accounting software. No more manual copying: your salon administration is automatically updated as soon as you create an invoice in Bookura. Learn more about keeping your salon accounting simple.
What can you do with this?
- Connect your Moneybird account with one click via a secure login.
- Test if the connection works before going live.
- View the status of your connection via a clear badge (connected, disconnected or error message).
- Disconnect if you want to switch to another system or temporarily don't want sync.
Automatic VAT rate matching
Bookura automatically recognizes the correct VAT rate for your treatments and links them to the corresponding rates in Moneybird. This happens completely automatically, so your accounting is always correct without you having to configure anything.
Revenue category per treatment
Want to break down your revenue by treatment type? You can set a specific revenue category (ledger account) for each treatment. You can do this in two places:
- Settings > Accounting – here you'll find an overview of all treatments where you can set the revenue category per treatment.
- Treatment edit screen – when creating or editing a treatment, you can directly choose the revenue category.
This gives you detailed insight into which services generate the most revenue.
When should you use this?
Use this integration if you work with Moneybird and want all your invoices automatically in your accounting. Especially useful when you need to file VAT returns, or like to keep your financial administration up-to-date without extra work.
💡 Once you activate the integration, new invoices are automatically sent to Moneybird as external sales invoices. Customer data is also smartly recognized and linked.
You can find this feature via Settings > Accounting in your Bookura dashboard. There you can see if you're already connected, and easily connect, test or disconnect.
This way you keep your focus on clients, not on numbers.
