On the Business Details page you can manage all important information about your salon, divided into three clear tabs: Basic Details, Contact Details and Preferences.
This information is important for:
- Your booking page (such as your salon name and description)
- Invoices (such as Chamber of Commerce and VAT details)
- Client communication (such as email and language settings)
You can adjust the details at any time. Click Save after your changes, and everything is immediately updated.
Tab 1: Basic Details
In this tab you fill in the core information of your salon.
- Salon name: The name of your salon. This is visible on your booking page, in emails and on invoices.
- Description: Briefly tell who you are and what you offer. This text appears on your booking page. (Optional)
- Chamber of Commerce number: Your registration with the Chamber of Commerce. Required for invoicing.
- VAT identification number: Your VAT ID as registered with the Tax Office. Shown on invoices.
Tab 2: Contact Details
Here you manage the details clients can use to reach you.
- Address: The address of your salon. Used for the route map on your booking page, among other things.
- Email address: For client contact and confirmation emails.
- Phone number: Optionally displayed on your booking page for direct accessibility.
- Website: Your own salon website. Bookura automatically adds https:// if you forget.
Tab 3: Preferences
Set here which language you want to use within your salon environment.
- Salon language: Choose the default language for your booking page, notifications and emails. Useful if your clients prefer English, for example, or Dutch.
With this structure you keep overview, work quickly and ensure a professional appearance to your clients.
